How booking a stay works.
Baytty is early. Rather than promise systems we have not switched on, here is exactly what happens between finding a house and unlocking the door.

Search and open a house
Choose your region, dates and number of guests, then open the properties that fit. Every card shows the nightly price in USD and LBP, capacity, bedrooms and location.

See the full price
The property page lists every charge before you commit: accommodation, cleaning fee, Baytty service fee and 11% VAT, with the total.
- Step 3
Request to book
Send the request with your name, mobile number and email. Nothing is charged at this step — the button says "Request to book" because your host still has to approve the dates.
- Step 4
We check with the host
Baytty confirms availability with the host and comes back to you on WhatsApp with the confirmation, the total and the deposit arrangement under our documented policy.
- Step 5
Pre-arrival details
Once the booking is recorded you receive the address, arrival notes, check-in time and the host's number. Any balance is settled directly with the host.
- Step 6
Review after checkout
After you check out we ask you for a verified review. Only reviews from completed stays are ever published.
What "verified" means today
A "Verified property" mark means we checked the host's identity and that they have the right to rent the house. It does not mean we have inspected the property in person — when we start in-person visits, we will say so on the listing itself.
Cancellation: free up to 7 days before check-in. Inside that window, refunds are agreed with the host. Guest reviews will appear once real guests have stayed and written them — we do not publish sample reviews or ratings.
